Twin-centre trips

We offer twin-centre trips that combine time at 'Les Beaux Terroirs' with a stay at Chalet Petit Tinqueur in Chamonix, my other place up in the mountains - offering a perfect mix of action and lazing about. Chamonix - great during winter, even better in summer

Chamonix is the home of mountain sports. It's famous for its amazing skiing/boarding during winter. And it's loved for its hiking, climbing, mountain biking, white water rafting, paragliding, hydrospeeding, etc during summer. Check out all the stuff on offer there in summer.

Then come south to Les Beaux Terroirs

After a few days hurtling about in the mountains, come down south for some serious R&R. Whether it's lounging by the pool in the sun, visits to Rhone wine producers or barbies on the terrace, it's a great contrast to the action on offer in Chamonix.

If you can take the pace, you can even go kayaking in the nearby Ardeche Gorges - they do an awesome 2-day descent with a night under the stars by the water's edge.

Travel options

Lyon Airport is 2 hrs drive from both Chamonix and St Andre, while it's only 3 hrs 30 mins drive between Chamonix and St Andre. Or you can drive down - Chamonix is about 6 hrs drive from Paris (8-9 hrs from Calais) and St Andre more or less the same.
