***SUMMER 2008 PRICES REDUCED TO COUNTER STRONG EURO***
The Euro strengthened by nearly 10% towards the end of 2007, which made our prices look rather less attractive. To help counter this and keep you flocking in, we've reduced our listed 2008 prices by 5-7% relative to the 2007 numbers. How's that for a nice carrot?!?

All prices are per property self-catered for 7 nights unless otherwise stated. Long weekend and short break prices available on application. Special rates also available for longer stays - contact us for details.
Changeover day during high season is Saturday, though we have more flexibility for midweek-midweek, weekend or short break stays in mid and low season. Check-in any time after 5pm on day of arrival; please check-out before 10am on day of departure.
A refundable deposit of £250/350 will be taken upon arrival and refunded at the end of your stay minus any damages. All bed linen and towels are supplied, but there will be the usual small laundry charge of 12 per person per week.
You will find the cottages spotlessly clean when you arrive because we employ someone to clean after the previous guests have left. Obviously the same thing has to happen after you've left, before the next guests arrive. We apply a 30 charge for this (Chateauneuf & Cote-Rotie) and 50 for Gigondas.
We regret that smoking is not allowed inside the properties, but ash trays are provided on the terraces.
Booking with us
Booking with us is a piece of cake
Email or phone us to check that your preferred dates are available and to ask us any questions.
Once weve confirmed that the dates are available and that youre happy with everything, we take a 40% deposit to confirm your booking. As a French company, we accept payments in Euro - either by cheque, bank transfer or by VISA/Mastercard. Card payments are subject to a 2% charge, which is approximately what the greedy Credit Agricole nobbles us for. All charges for international bank transfers are to be met by you (if you're British, contact your MP to get the Euro introduced in the UK if that irritates you...). We'll send you the booking form to fill out, sign and return (this forms the basis of your contract with us), plus a receipt for your deposit. Easy-peasy.
The remaining 60% of the balance is due no later than 60 days before you arrive here.
